Can I process my payroll online?
Yes you can process you payroll online. Simply fill out an Online Transference Registration form for each of your employees.
How can I check to see if my employees have been paid?
By checking your transactions you will be able to see if your employee's have been paid. Once money has been deducted from your account, you will know that your employee's have been paid.
Who can have access to a Company Account?
Any company employee, authorized signatory or director can have access to a Company Account. This access must be authorized by a director or secretary of the company in the Corporate Online Banking Application. Specific security levels of access can also be designated for each person authorized to have access to the Company Account. When granting online access to an employee who is not an authorized signatory or director, a resolution must be passed by the Board of Directors.
What are the different levels of access that can be designated for users granted access to a Company Account?
A Company can choose from 3 different Security Levels (Operator, Verifier & Authorizer) for each person authorized to have online access to the Company Account. This level of access must be approved by a Director or Secretary of the Company.
  • An Operator is restricted to only enter (not post) transactions, which must be authorized according to terms and conditions of the account. Operators can view transaction history but are prohibited to view any account details.
  • A Verifier controls the accuracy of the transaction (which must be authorized according to the terms and conditions of the account). They are prohibited to view any account details.
  • An Authorizer is a poster. He/she has full authorization to operate the account (this includes the functionality of both Operator and Verifier).
