When I write a message to the Bank, how long will it take the Bank to answer me back?
The Bank will take at least an hour to answer your messages delivered form 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. If your message is sent any other time, such as weekends or Bank holidays, the Bank will answer them on the following business day.
How will I know when I have received a message from the Bank?
A message at the top of you Balance Summary will alert you any messages you have received.
How are my messages organized?
Your messages are organized by New, Read, Answered and Closed Messages. New messages are messages that the Bank has sent and you have not yet read. Read messages are messages that you have opened and answered messages are messages that the Bank has replied to. The Bank will close messages once the issue has been dealt with and resolved.
