Transaction List FAQs

Once I click on one of my accounts, what are the new features listed in the top menu bar?
  • Transaction List - A Transaction List is a listing of your account activity, such as deposits or withdrawals that have been posted to your account.
  • Holds - A hold refers to an amount of funds in your account not yet available for you to access. Holds may be placed on an account to secure funds pending to process to an account, for example, pending transactions, loan payments or even loans guaranteed by you.
  • Uncleared Effects - Uncleared Effects are funds deposited to an account but drawn on another bank or financial institutions. Once the clearing period for the instrument has expired the items will be available for your use.
  • Statements - To request a statement simply click on the statement icon, chose a statement date, and click on "Request a Statement." It will take the Bank at least 48 hours to process your request and a charge of $5.45 will be deducted from your account.
Can I view the details of a transaction?
Yes, you can view a transaction detail. Simply click on the date of the transaction in order to pull up the details.
Can I sort by Reference/Cheque Number?
Yes. In order to sort by a Cheque or reference number, simply click on the 'Cheque/Ref No.' icon that is on the top of the transaction list. This will list all transactions in your date range from smaller to greatest.
How do I print a transaction list?
To print a transaction list, simply click on the ' Print ' icon in the right hand corner of the screen.
How do I download a transaction list?
To download a transaction list, just click on the ' Download ' icon on the right hand corner of the screen. You will then be given the option to download into Microsoft Excel, Quicken or Microsoft Money.
