BILL PAY

What bills can I pay online?
Currently you can pay your Telemedia, BEL, BWS and Belize Bank Credit Cards bills on line.   We will have other payees available to our Belize Bank customers in the near future and will inform you as those payments become available.

How do I set up a Payee?
In order to set up a payee, you will need to fill out an Online Bill Pay Application and return it to the Bank.   The Online Bill Pay application can be downloaded from this site or simply request it from any of our branches.

When will my payment get processed?
All payments will be processed on the following day.

Is there a charge to have Belize Bank process my bill?
No.   Bill Pay is a free service that Belize Bank offers to their online customers.

Is it possible for me to pay someone else's bills?
Yes, just list the name and account number printed on the bill on the Online Bill Pay Application.   After the bill is verified (if it is not in your name) you will be able to pay it under the "Bill Pay" section.

Can I pay my Utility Bill in a currency other than BZE Dollars?  
No.   Belize Bank will only accept BZE Dollars to pay your bills.
