Corporate Formation and Continuation

For private clients, subject to satisfactory due diligence, we provide Belize IBC incorporation services inclusive of provision of Memorandum & Articles of Association, provision of registered agent/office services, procurement of Certificate of Incorporation and preparation of subscriber's appointment of first director(s)within 24 hours of order at the following rates (inclusive of Government Registration Fee):

1. Incorporation of IBC with a share capital not exceeding US$50,000.00 - US$1,000.00

2. Incorporation of IBC with a share capital exceeding US$50,000.00 - US$1,900.00

3. Incorporation of IBC with shares having no par value - US$1,250.00

For professional intermediary clients, we do offer significantly discounted preferred rates. Subject to volume considerations, we stand prepared to at least match any rate being offered by other licensed registered agents in Belize to professional clients.

For each company being continued as a Belize IBC, the total continuation fee inclusive of Government Registration fee is only US$125.00 . The documents required for continuation include certified copies of the certificate of incorporation, the memorandum and articles of association, a certificate of good standing if the company is more than one year old, and a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company approving the continuation of the company in Belize, the name under which the company will continue and the appointment of Belize Bank Limited as the registered agent/office of the company. We will provide the Articles of Continuation.

For each subsequent year the annual renewal fees (inclusive of Government Registration Fee) are US$400.00. Preferred rates are also available for professional clients. The foregoing annual fees become due and payable on January 1 st of each year irrespective of date of incorporation or continuation.

Virtual Office Services

There are currently two levels of Virtual Office Service available, depending on your personal requirements:

Plan A: Virtual Office Premier

This comprehensive identity package includes a local telephone number ANSWERED IN YOUR COMPANY NAME by our experienced telephone operators, a local fax number, a local P.O. Box number, your own .bz (for business) domain name together with three email addresses, mail forwarding by email and use of our prestigious address for your letterhead and business cards. Snail mail may be forwarded to you by regular airmail on your standing instruction. All faxes will be forwarded to you by email immediately creating a complete company image. All telephone calls will be taken and messages in respect thereof will be reported via email. Forwarding of telephone call will be done to your cellular phone should you desire at usual telephone rates.

For Plan A, the Annual Service Fee is US$1500.00 per annum (plus Deposits and Disbursements, recurrent and otherwise, for telecommunications services, domain name registration, mail forwarding and other third party charges).

Plan B: Virtual Office Gold

This basic package allows the use of our prestigious addresses for collection of your mail, bank statements and other correspondence. It provides for the choice of your own available .bz domain name, three e-mail addresses and forwarding all messages by e-mail. The Annual Service Fee for this Plan B is US$300.00 per annum not including third party charges.

Corporate Administration and Re-Invoicing Services

Further enhancing our virtual office services, we offer corporate administration and re-invoicing services. This involves complete maintenance of books of accounts for the IBC, including issuing of purchase orders, issuing of invoices, tracking of inventory, preparing financial statements and reports. For this service, the annual fee is US$1,000.00 . Additionally, any time spent by our professional team on provision of this service will be billed on a time-cost basis ranging from US$150.00 to US$250.00 depending on the expertise of the personnel. Of course, these services may be provided without procuring any of the above Virtual Office Service Plans. However, where Plan A above is chosen, the US$1,000.00 annual fee will be discounted by 50%.

We provide numerous other ancillary corporate services including procurement of notarizations, apostille, authentications, legalizations, tax exemption certificate, other certifications, registry searches, preparation of resolutions and other corporate documents. On a case-by-case basis, we provide corporate nominee director services and corporate nominee secretary services. We also incorporate companies in other jurisdictions.
