In an informal handing over on May 21st, 2008 the Belize Bank Limited donated a fully configured computer to the Belize City Police Department Traffic Branch.

The presentation was made by Mrs. Sandra Vasquez, Assistant Manager in the Bank's Main Branch in Belize City. Assistant Superintendent Joachim Sabal received the computer on behalf of the Traffic Branch. The donation of the computer will help to aid the department in its everyday operations, and help to create greater efficiency.

The Belize Bank is committed to developing the communities in which we serve, and the donation to the Police Department Traffic Branch is an example of our continuing efforts to assist. We are pleased to be able to support the important work of the Police Department.
