How do you delete your Belize Bank Digital Profile?

You may request the deletion of your username & digital profile via the option provided in the Belize Bank mobile banking app or by contacting our Customer Support team via our secure Online Messaging Center.

Please note that The Belize Bank Limited is required to retain personal data in certain circumstances, including where:

• there are overriding legal or legitimate grounds to retain it; or
• it is necessary to service accounts, applications, or financial services you or your family members maintain with us; or
• it is necessary for compliance with legal obligations and the laws of Belize to which The Belize Bank Limited is subject; or
• it is needed in relation to the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim.
