Provides you with up to USD $200 refund per year if the item is paid with a Visa card and if within 30 days of the date purchased, you see either a printed ad or non-auction internet ad for the same product by the same manufacturer in the same market for a lower price, Visa will refund the difference per item and per account for a 12 month period.

 Victor finally purchases his items in cart, the following day, he sees an ad by the same manufacturer selling the same item at $30USD cheaper. Victor reports and opens a claim.  The process is really easy as he has all the receipts and receives  a reimbursement which he can use towards his next purchase.
